Meet the Team

Myung Bae, d.o., facep, fawm, dimm

Founder

As an emergency physician and founder of this wilderness-based leadership program, I have spent my career making critical decisions in high-pressure, unpredictable environments where effective leadership is measured by actions rather than titles. My wilderness medicine training reinforced the importance of resilience, adaptability, resourcefulness, and leading through uncertainty—lessons that extend far beyond the outdoors. I am passionate about teaching others how to develop these same skills through immersive experiences that challenge individuals and teams to grow, collaborate, and lead with confidence when it matters most.
